I was a manager of a McDonald's at one time (I was desperate for a job).  That picture of a McRib doesn't look like anything I remember.  It doesn't even look like it was cooked on a grill.  I'll bet they are deep frying now.

I can attest to that.  He was like a puppy.  Had that same happy puppy look while he was doing it.  Near religious experience I think.
