We liked it so much, we bought another. heh.

I know these places aren't for everyone but hopping on the golf cart and driving to dinner is a joy.

Rumors of STDs and black market Viagra were an invention of an article some years back.

There are a lot more women though and yeah, single guys have the run of it.   Of course, it's not like you've got the choice of the best 25yo girl at a rave.  It's the best girl who might have been at a rave in 1979.  heh.

The age demo is coming down though.  It's a lot of sub 60s these day.  Many of the first residents "aged out"

The place is massive.  It's almost 20 miles from top to bottom and about 10 miles wide.   3 squares, endless rec centers.

If that's the guy, he is literally about 2 minutes golf cart ride from my first house.  It would only take longer if you had to wait for cross traffic on Rio Grande.

It's just a 20 second  ride down Avalon.  There's a cart cross over into the parking area, drive around done.  Fiesta bowl.

Do they still offer the tax credits for electric vehicles? I know FL was one place you could do it due to registering the golf carts. People were basically getting free golf carts down there for a while.
