Have you checked back pressure on converter? Fuel pressure ?  Injectors may be clogged that is our biggest issue in the marine industry.

it ran pretty well otw home tonight. little stumble, but bearable. i am gonna check fuel pressure now that @tony357 mentioned it.....'cause with asll the other shit going on, i overlooked that.
