Problem is his term ends in 2027 so unless a recall or nature runs its course  he's not going anywhere.   I dont even know if a senator can be recalled

There is a process for expelling members of congress.  Only two members of the house have been thrown out in the last 45 years, and no Senators have been expelled since the civil war.   A year or two ago we had high hopes for getting rid of NJ's elected pedophile/medicare fraud enabler, but it was not to be.
