I am looking at a Mannlicher 1888/90 here, wouldn’t this not be considered an antique rifle and not pursuant to the FID requirements? I am in the process of having my FID finished, but I kinda want this thing now. Fires 8x50 fixed ammo, but it’s not commercially available, and it is pre-1898. Unless I’m mistaken, that qualifies it as an antique, right? Photo can be found there^ -

And how does this system work? How do they determine a large, paved area and what is not? There are many different areas that are not even possible to measure properly. -
Sorry guys, we have to shutdown NJ NICS for 2 months due to this power line. Oh, we are backlogged at the Superior Courts across the state due to this power outage. That means your PTCs are on hold until further notice.. Lol
