HELP - Baseball Cards

So my inlaws were cleaning out and found my wife's baseball card collection from the late 70's early 80's....

I know NOTHING, ZERO ZILCH about collecting cards.

 

She is going through them and found some that seem interesting etc. - like this one.

TOPPS 1976 Hank Aaron while with the Brewers for the ' 75 record breaker card #1

 

The difference than every other card I have found out there is that this is a - missed cut...the machine missed and it is not a perfect cut.

Haven't seen another like it.

Do you know anyone you trust for this kind of stuff?

I don't know where you are located so I can't recommend anywhere specific.  But, I can tell you two things . . . The bottom fell out of the card market and the miscut is a big negative as to value.  

I have an extensive collection from the early 70's but haven't been active in a long time.  Most of my contacts are gone.

There are some higher valued rookie cards from that time period.... names like Ozzie Smith and Rickey Henderson come to mind.  I have a Tony Gwynn rookie card, and a few of his autographs, which impressed my wife's family who lives in San Diego.
