Another AR-15 Now???

Recommended Posts

Just a simple question!  Given the state we live in and the fact that the elimination of AR15s is both the goal of our state and Federal government and the fact that we are in an open forum.........Is it really wise to discuss what we have?:scratchhead:

N.J.S.P. already knows when, where and what for in-state FFL firearm purchases/transfers. The NSA probably has those records in their databases as well.

If not, Murphy and Drywall will be happy to share it with the feds.

That being said, its best to keep personally identifying info to a minimum.

My local range is SCFGPA and they have only one port for rifles. You need to declare a ceasefire for the archery folks and make sure racoons are not living around the target.  Rifles except 22s are a royal PITA to shoot.  So I took the easy way out. I only dry fired the Bushy.  I will go to TTC to shoot my Bushmaster  which FYI only cost around 700 bucks back then.

There's 2 ports - I hardly use the tubes except for test firing.

You may want to get a pistol caliber carbine - the indoor range now allows for 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45ACP PCCs.

Many long guns including AR and AK types were transferred F2F with only the buyer and the seller knowing.

yep. thank god for that. that is also why the douchecanoe in charge changed that. if it goes through nics, it goes through njspd, and they all then know.

Not really, unless they go to every current NJ dealer and hand search their books. And, if the dealer is OOB, it is an unobtainable task.

I bought my Bushmaster XM15-E2s NJ compliant model before Obama was reelected.  It is still NIB and my SHTF insurance policy.  My wife and I are looking to get out of PRNJ as soon as possible. My question is given all the new talk under Biden about new Gun Control with modern sporting rifles like ARs, should I buy another AR-15 now or wait until we get to a state where we can buy a rifle with better features like adjustable stocks???  Obviously, I can wait since my Bushmaster is still unfired. I just don't want to miss the boat. Also do other forum members have more than one AR-15???

More is always nice.  They have become more expensive recently, so that can be a factor.  The purchase of the gun is only part of the cost.  Ammo and magazines can add up too and we all know about the current ammo issue.

For now, practice with what you have.  One is way better than none!

Hence, the move to electronic FID and PP and eliminating P2P sales.

Leftists always have ulterior motives.

Show of hands...Who's turning in their ar platform long gun if indeed it is declared unlawful to own. I didn't think so...

And you know of course that it will mean ANY semi-auto long gun will be included at some point. Including .22s and soon shotguns.

Give 'em an inch....
