So all my smoke poles are registered to me here in NJ and I'd like to sell a few off.
How do I handle selling one to someone in a state where these guns are not even considered to be a gun, thus no registration or nics.
One of them is a revolver - still not even a gun in most states
Obviously I'd get a bill of sale.
Should I care that they are still in my name ? Is there a way to get them out of my name?
Up for trade is my Beretta 92fs, which has the following upgrades:
* Flush cut and recess crowned barrel (by WAL)
* Wilson Combat Fluted Guide Rod and Flat Spring
* Wilson Combat Deluxe Hammer
* Wilson Combat Extended Mag Release
* Wilson Combat Mag Guide
* Wilson Combat Single Lever Decocker/Safety
* Langdon Optimized Performance Trigger Bar
* Chrome Trigger
* Beretta D Spring
* Blue/Black Slant Grips
* Custom Screws
It's only been to the range twice with a total of 200 rounds through it.
I've also got the original parts, box, and manual.
With regards to trades, I'm mostly interested in a similar (excellent) condition Springfield SA-35, Browning HP (9mm or .40), Sig 226, Springfield 1911 (9mm or .45), HK USP or P30L, etc. but feel free to make other offers.
I'm in Bergen County and would prefer to meet at Yankee Armorer in Ramsey.
