My question is how can they have it both ways. If the DOJ is correct in their theory than wouldn't NJ's laws also violate it as well using their theory. NJ is violating the constitution on the 2A so where is the DOJ to our rescue.

While they are right, that the Supremacy Clause means states cannot nullify federal law, that’s not what Missouri is doing. They’re just saying that no state or local law enforcement will not enforce federal law nor assist or support federal agents of same. As far as I know they are not compelled to do so. If this suit goes through it could have much bigger ramifications as it could find that local LE is defacto arms of the federal executive.

It should be turned around on them in regards to enforcement of federal immigration laws. You're right they want it both ways. The states/localities can refuse to enforce immigration laws and refuse cooperation with ICE, but not as the same applies to the 2A? Bullshit.

While Garland can and will manage to screw some things up for gun owners as AG for four years, that is a drop in the bucket compared to the damage he would have inflicted from a lifetime perch on the SCOTUS bench... Yep, say what you will about Cocaine Mitch, but thank God he was in there to stand against Merrick.
leahcim 673 Posted August 20, 2021 "Justice Department has sought to crack down on illegal firearms, launching a firearms trafficking task force this summer to trace the origins of guns used to commit crimes." Yeah, maybe Garland Justice could do a bunch of straw sales at Arizona gun shows, so they can track the movement of the arms across the border. Fast and Furious?

His administration has some other guns to worry about now. Actually that's assuming they care , so nevermind.

If we don't see major reversals in the midterm and next presidential election, would be a clear sign that our elections are definitely rigged.

We are still in opposite world where patriots, business owners, and the unmasked are thrown in jail and murderers and rapists let out. Ask Phil, he can attest to that.
