voyager9 3,417 Posted September 6, 2021 Has anyone had to have their account unlocked since Range-14/Ft-Dix went to the electronic system? My membership expired in January of 20 and by the time I went to renew COVID hut and they closed. Since then they’ve gone to the electronic system. Apparently I have to first get my account unlocked, then schedule a renewal meeting, then I can actually schedule range time. I can’t get passed step 1! It says all prior memberships were transferred over, and not to create a new one. I try to get mine unlocked and never hear back from anyone. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
