Lots of US Armed Forces field/operating/repair manuals and reports in PDF format, as well as tons of other Federal gov't publications.

Searching is a bit ponderous, but I found Operating/repair manuals for M16 and AK47's pretty quickly.  Also reports on major terrorism events and mass shootings like Las Vegas and San Bernadino.
