TYVX 0 Posted December 22, 2021 Was considering picking up something like this or similar, My question is would this be NJ compliant? I am new to the Other category. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/914141093
Mr.Stu 1,918 Posted December 22, 2021 It certainly doesn't fall into the category of a non-NFA other as its overall length is too short and it does not have a vertical foregrip. Whether you could get it as a NFA AOW, I do not know.
PK90 3,570 Posted December 22, 2021 That Pistol would not be legal in NJ.
Lawnmower2021 423 Posted December 22, 2021 Nope. Best thing to do is to show things you want to your FFL and have them confirm what is or can be made legal. Otherwise, you risk doing nothing but adding to your FFL's collection of non-compliant firearms.
JT Custom Guns 956 Posted December 23, 2021 This is a pistol, so no way to make it NJ compliant because it won't make the 50oz rule. The NFA-15 model is a New Frontier Armory designation, not Natl Firearms Act. like Palmetto State Armory uses PSA-15. This is not an "other Firearm"
