GFarra31 4 Posted January 12, 2022 Hi Everyone, I store my ammo in metal ammo cans. I also include a desiccant bag in each can. God forbid, in a house fire, what happens?? Are there measures I should be considering to keep my family and first responders safe? Thank you, George
CMJeepster 2,777 Posted January 12, 2022 Besides self-defense ammo, all of mine is locked in metal containers and stored in a location separate from the inhabited part of the house.

This way, in case of a fire, there's a chance the fire can be contained in one area (and hopefully not the closet all your ammo is stored in).
