When oil was $22/bbl. Trump wanted to fill the SPR. Upchuck Schumer stopped it saying it was a big gift to the oil companies.

Then Biden sold off a lot of it when gas prices were rising, claiming he'd refill it when prices came down.

Now oil prices are up and still rising, and there's no SPR for Biden to plunder prior to the election.

Nah, it just your perception that prices are higher, in reality gas prices are dropping.
