I think Indiana and Ohio are now (this year) Constitutional carry too.  Ohio also got rid of their "duty to inform" law.

This exemplifies the stupidity of the left wing nut jobs…..the stupid hurts!  If a prohibited person “buys a gun from a private sale” doing so while prohibited is a criminal charge…but to then carry it concealed is another charge ….not “legally carrying a hidden loaded weapon in our communities”

Of the 50 states that form are great union, 25 are now permit-less carry,18 states are "Shall-issue" carry regimes and 7 are still "no issue" states. Essentially, 43 out of 50 states allow for civilians to carry with relative ease which totals 86% of the entire US. We (I)  still live in one of the 7 "no issue" states. NJ is simply wrong on this matter and on the wrong side of history! When will SCOTUS get off their asses and issue an affirmative verdict? It's been months already!

If you are not a resident of the state that has constitutional carry can you do it legally as a non-resident when visiting?

Idaho, North Dakota, and Wyoming limit Constitutional Carry to residents only.  Otherwise, for the most part, yes.

Here in VA we are a hybrid. We have Constitutional open carry and Shall Issue for concealed carry.

God i loved the time i spent in VA! I was mostly in the Alexandria area though.
