45Doll 5,874 Posted May 1, 2022 Consider this a really important public service announcement! Mapped: Beer Consumption in the U.S. (visualcapitalist.com)
Displaced Texan 11,731 Posted May 1, 2022 I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone down here drink Lone Star. Somebody must, but damn, it’s horrible. Armadillo piss…
voyager9 3,434 Posted May 1, 2022 Is this just a map of shitty beer? BTW, NJ has a ton of really good local breweries now.

I drink primarily Yuengling, and occasionally Corona Extra, Stella, Heineken and Beck's. I would have thought PA would follow my lead. Bud Light? Arf! Several of my friends are into craft beers, but they really don't interest me. If I could get Labatt 50 again, I'd drink that exclusively. It used to be the Budweiser of Quebec Province, but it's kaput. And Labatt Blue doesn't come close.
Displaced Texan 11,731 Posted May 2, 2022 Shiner bock, Zigen bock, and good IPAs, and micro brews abound here. Lone Star…..what crap!
brucin 923 Posted May 2, 2022 It looks like the only states that drink "beer" are Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Louisiana. I've not tried beer from the Great Plains states so I can't judge. The rest of the country drinks piss.
gleninjersey 2,139 Posted May 2, 2022 PA should definitely be Yuengling. Probably NJ as well. Whoever made this map obviously invested ZERO time in research. Just sayin'.
siderman 1,137 Posted May 2, 2022 Florida= Stella? Ha! Gotta be Bucsh, unfortunately. Almost every beer that walks out of the gas station mini marts is a form of cheap Busch or Bud lite. You know those fancy Stella TV commercials- that is not FL lol. Well, maybe in some yuppy watering hole in Tampa....
