The Buffalo shooter was NOT a gun-loving conservative

Recommended Posts

Watch how fast it drops of the news cycle like the brooklyn subway shooter. The media loves these stories until it turns out to be one of their own.

The NY Dems were salivating to fire up more Gun legislation before they get their pee pees spanked in november.

What was the ‘illegal modification’? Standard capacity magazine?

That's exactly what it was.  They are already harping on mail order, gun shows and out of state purchases.  Blaming PA because he went and bought mags there.

They are really misrepresenting the ‘illegal modification’, aren’t they?

The shooter used a magazine that exceeded the capacity limit for NY state.
That’s different than an ‘illegal modification’….it makes it sound like he modified it to be full auto

Guns go off by themselves, folks.  Don't ever forget that!

It’s a good thing I’m a responsible gun owner, and keep mine locked up in a safe. Otherwise, they might get out, and wander the streets, just waiting to ambush a hapless victim.

Oh, the horror!

they're claiming that he added a "device that allowed him to install a "high capacity(standard)" magazine.

Based on the video the murderer made, a detachable magazine in conjunction with other banned features like a threaded barrel, pistol grip, etc puts him in violation of the SAFE Act.

Just curious how he acquired one through a background check when he was investigated just last year for “threats” at his high school?

This story isn’t going away. It fits the narrative.

When I saw that in CNN I was amazed at the audacity. They're really preying on the ignorance of laypeople who know nothing about guns by calling these mags a "modification."

they claimed that he was a juvenile, and no charges came of the investigation, thus he wasn't in the federal database

Kinda like how the WuFlu was gonna kill us all unless we stayed locked in our houses and wore face diapers for those times that we needed to go out?

Buffalo Shooter Saw New York's Gun Laws As His Advantage (msn.com)

"In the manifesto, Gendron allegedly wrote about how he planned to "kill as many Blacks as possible" in the attack and decided to carry it out in New York due to its strict open carry gun laws, which would make it harder for someone to stop him, the Buffalo News reported."

Did everyone get that?  If not, got back and read it again.

In Erie County (Buffalo) you can apply for a Concealed Carry license.

You can have the detachable mags, just not with the pistol grip.

If Mr. Manifesto altered the magazine release lock to accommodate detachable magazines as this article hints, that would explain things.

"He said a background check raised no flags..."

But Dems say that background checks work!

It didn’t work with Mr. 180-page Manifesto, or Cruz, or Roof. Flaws in each system, failures to connect the dots. Garbage in, garbage out. We lament the triple redundant system in New Jersey, but it does work.

You can have a detachable magazine in NY No fore grip no pistol grip and the rest of the BS not allowed in NJ and you're good to go.

For your info it's against to law to posses a magazine over 10 rounds in NY so that law worked exactly as intended.

True.

The narrative being individual state bans aren't enough, we need to revive the federal Clinton assault weapons ban and then some
