Does what Phucktard Phil signed include the ban on body armor for civilians? That wouldn't stop me from purchasing, but for planning purposes I want to know if I can do it from here, or need to wait for a trip to my place in Virginia. Can anyone think of any significant risk to buying armor (at a brick-and-mortar; for cash) elsewhere and bringing it back to PRNJ? I can't conceive of roadblocks and car searches for such :)

Speaking of the Illinois shooting, did anyone else notice how Illinois' shameless Demoncrap a-hole governor Pricker (yes, I know how he spells it) wasted no time at all in giving a speech in which he cynically exploited the tragedy, talking about the alleged irony of the unique U. S. July 4 holiday being interrupted by a "unique American problem"? So "unique" that seconds after I read (some of) that despicable load of liquid manure he sprayed, I saw a headline about a mass shooting in Copenhagen, Denmark, one of at least a half-dozen such incidents I have seen chronicled in foreign nations (most of which appear to have enacted extreme bans on firearms) over the past two months.

First "post-bruen" test case for our circuit.

What you linked is young vs. hawaii. Which is 1) not a mag ban, but a carry case, and 2) the 9th circuit, we are third.

But it looks like you just messed up the link cause judgement in ANJRPC vs. Bruck was decided today.  Hope it's interesting.

So ca awb one just got handled. I’ll bet it’s the playbook for every one that got vacated. They remanded it back to the lower court. So either way it has to be appealed back to the ninth.

We can't have anything yet. This is a delaying tactic.... unless the lower court just says yup, the ban is dead. But we all know they aren't going to say that.
