I'm sorry I'm a newbie but can this only be sold to people who live in NJ? I live in DE and I'm looking for exactly this type of "other". Gun stores here are selling "others" and they are legal though I've not heard about the Troy A4 in particular. Reputable brand? My other option is a LWRC Oscar Foxtrot for nearly twice the price.

Troy is Solid from my experience. The flip up iron sights are great. And I’ve put maybe 100-200 rounds through it so far and I’ve had no issues or malfunctions. It works flawlessly. I’m just looking to buy some more CCW size handguns. I want a Zev 0z9c and a Stacatto. That’s the only reason I’m selling.
