Yup, none.  One of the big problems with the "Red Flag"/TERPO process - ZERO repercussions for false or malicious filing of a Red Flag.

Big saving grace was the Paterson officer(s) allowing "Mo" to leave their station with his handgun - totally blew apart any chance their TERPO action had of even appearing legitimate.

The Prosecutor covered for them so there's ZERO consequence.

Hell, they probably consider the entire situation a "win".  They probably joke about the time and money they forced Mo to waste...
