Someone sent me this video and I thought it was pretty good info - especially the case law review.

It’s all pretty good for universal gun owner knowledge - But some of us may find this especially useful with the possibility of the new ATF brace rules looming:

Keep in mind, this is not NJ specific. Speak with a lawyer and make your own decisions.

Yes, many of us may think the NFA is dumb and outdated and think the ATF is getting too big for their britches. However, whether you agree or not, the law is the law - until it’s not.

So, until the USSC gets around to it and passes a ruling we agree with, and NJ gets on board, it’s wise to understand the laws and limitations we are living with now to stay out of the jackpot.
