Mrs. DT suggested I ought to build another rifle (she's a keeper!!) to leave out at the ranch, as it's a pain to bring one every time we fly out. Since she insisted,  I ordered a Mega Machine and Tool forged lower, and picked it up from the nice folks over at Centaur Arms in Lumberton. 

Upper will be a spare Colt 6944SE upper that was worked over by Ken Elmore at Specialized Armament. Probably toss an TA-31F ACOG on it. Perfect combo for a utility carbine out at the ranch, pig hunts, and whatnot. 

Have a lpk from ALG Defense with ACT trigger on the way. 

Looking forward to putting this one together. I've built several Mega lowers before, the quality of these is outstanding.

Two of my ar's
One is an Adams arms piston upper, mag pul furniture, vortex red dot and magnifier. Other is an armalite with fde and a vortex red dot. Both have Cmc triggers.

PSA/FN 20" CHF 1/7  upper, PSA premium BCG.  Bravo co mod 3 ch

Aero precision freedom lower w/ cmmg lpk

RRA rifle hand guards, and rifle stock, w/ 3.5lb varmint 2 stage trigger.

Colt carry handle.  Gamma 556 muzzle brake. 

 I have a 4x12 vortex scope for it , I just haven't had time to shoot it at 200 yards yet
