 ruling the law violates the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause, which deems federal provisions the “supreme law of the land” that trump state laws.

This could be used to fight any state restrictions on our 2A rights.  Also can be used against Sanctuary Cities as well as not prosecuting people for felonies.

Many states do, but it was never legal from a federal standpoint. See the comments about weed on the 4473.

yea. that's what i posted about......everything that's not exactly in line with federal(in this case, the constitution) should fall.
