Congrats on getting the PTC. Hopeful the 3rd Circuit don't overrule the injunction to carry (meaning more sensitive place like the whole state of NJ). It is unbelievable that the highways and streets are included where you can’t carry, since the state own those roads as part of the new law. Smh. -
In 2005 they offered a lifetime subscription that would work in your vehicle your boat your computer and your phone who is $395. I bought it risking the fact that sirrius may not even survive and go belly up at any time. I won that bet. The main reason I bought it was because the Howard Stern, which is kind of funny because I can't stand his Hollywood A-Lister bullshit and haven't listened to him in years. But there is some great content in the SiriusXM system. So in actuality today I paid $23.23 per year and every year that number continues to go down. -

True. But, I wouldn’t open carry in nj as a civilian. Asking for trouble and a scene and a hassle. I live near northern border of Bergen county and there r too many anti gun people here. Police would be called. No doubt in my mind so I’ll conceal. -
During the oral argument for the PI this topic came up. The State's side said in their view a transportation hub is where 2 or more modes of public transport come together. E.g. Penn Station would be a hub because bus and rail are both present. They explicitly stated just a bus stop is not a hub. However, if you rode the bus into Newark Penn Station while carrying, you would be in violation of the law as you entered Penn Station. You would be OK along the route up to that point. It is beyond dumb. They are just trying it on in as many places as possible to make carrying as hard as possible because they are control freaks.
