diamondd817 823 Posted April 18, 2023 I'm trying to gauge the value of this rifle, but it seems the prices are all over the place, and I really can't find another one of these right now. What says the Hive? This is not a classified ad, the rifle is not for sale right now. If I decide to sell it, I will list it in the classifieds. DPMS AP4, NJ Compliant, Magpul Handguard, In the original box, Unfired.

dajonga 396 Posted April 18, 2023 A used DPMS is not going to be worth a lot. Selling it yerself?.. Maybe $500. Trading in at a dealer? Maybe $350.

diamondd817 823 Posted April 18, 2023 Is anybody buying AR style rifles anymore? Or has demand fallen off?

Unfortunately there were a TON of panic buyers during COVID who picked up anything that looked like an AR, so the entry level people are pretty much covered. Krdshrk 3,872 Posted April 18, 2023 DPMS was bought by Palmetto State Armory's parent company. They haven't started tooling up under the DPMS name again yet.

They do appear to be the only place that still has stock. I would agree with dajonga on the value now. He is in the business and knows his stuff! I for one was a victim of AR fever for a long time! It started when Obama was elected and went on for a long time....They do tend to have babies that grow from spare parts! It's a sickness for sure!
