Lawnmower2021 423 Posted May 9, 2023 Looking to improve the quality of my range-time videos. I enjoy sharing my range experiences with my father-in-law and a few friends. Anyone have ideas that are safe and halfway decent? Sometimes I prop up my phone on whatever paneling is available, but it doesn't always get the best angle. Sometimes it falls over after a shot, which is kind of hilarious. Using the slow-mo on my phone is very interesting. Got a great muzzle/cylinder flare from a revolver that way. 10X 3,278 Posted May 9, 2023 I've occasionally clipped a GoPro to the brim of my hat when shooting various action matches, and I liked the results. Click the camera on at "Load and make ready", click it off after "Unload and show clear".

Bklynracer 1,259 Posted May 9, 2023 I used my phone put it on the shelf face up, lined it up with my arms, took a video. Then I would pause the video and take a screen shot of the flash. It’s not the greatest but it works. Now I have a video and a cool shot.
