This.  The mindset in New Jersey is ridiculous.  When I lived in PA (I grew up there), it took me 10 minutes to obtain my LTCF.  A few dollars and I was out the door.  Here, well, we all know what we now have to go through.

Do I believe that a person who desires to exercise their 2A right should have to prove something?  No.  Do I believe that one should train and be proficient?  Yes.  I don't have to show anything to express my opinion on the internet when I desire to exercise my 1A right.
