Transporting guns. In a case, in the trunk. can ammo also be transported IN THE TRUNK along with the guns (as long as they aren't loaded obviously). Does the ammo have to be in a bag, hard case, or are the boxes they come in good enough?

Yes, it can all be in the trunk. The second section describes pickup trucks and 2 seaters without trunks like a vette or Miatta or something.

What about an SUV with no seperate trunk but does have a hatch in the trunk in the floor. Is that hatch seperate and qualify for #1.
