One-handed slide racking technique

You're elbow would come out of it's socket before you'd get my HK p30 loaded in this fashion.

Pretty cool for practicing in the house with duds, but if I tried to pull that stunt off at the range with live rounds I think would immediately toss/ban me.

Might work with a VERY light recoil spring but it isn't going to work on any of my SA with factory or greater recoil springs. There are other techniques that might be more effective as that one seems to depend on the body being erect with the arm straight out.

Tried it with my Glock 26, no dice. There is no way I can "punch" fast enough to overcome the spring.

This looks like a nice trick for the range but i wouldn't rely on it in a fight.

Tried it with a glock 23 and snap caps most i was able to get was the slide to comeo out of battery a little no where near close enough to chamber a round.
