Anyone have the BSA bore sighter like this one?

Recommended Posts

I just got this from sportsman's guide. . .

(here is the link from BSA . . . http://www.bsaoptics.com/product.aspx?p ... ductID=113) - I guess I should have looked here first.

On the SG website it said "15 studs for popular calibers ranging from .177 to .50 cal. ."

Now that it arrived the studs included are;

.17, .22, .66mm, .25, 6.5mm, .27, 7mm, 30, .32, .338, .35, .375, .44, .45 and .50

No .308? No .223? Aren't those pretty popular?

I didn't mess with it to much, but I guess I can use the .22 stud for the .223? Any idea what is close to a .308?

Chad the .22 is for .223 and the .30 is for .308. The arbors expand.

BTW .22 nominal bore diameter is .223-.224" and .30 cal is .308. So, you should have everything you need.

Thanks fellas. Big help! :p

Frank, the only one that seems to expand is the shotgun arbor. Maybe I'm missing something?

Chad. The end of the arbor closest to the breach doesn't have petals on it to tighten up the fit in the bore? Sorry if I misled you.
