If the brake is permanently attached, yes. Make sure the muzzle has no threads, and it is a muzzle brake not a flash hider.

I inquired through PK90 a few months ago and it was NJ legal. I decided on a PSL though. Anyway on one of the forums a while ago someone was trying to translate the manual (180 pages), which is actually a sniper training manual from the former YU. There`s been a little of a price drop on the M76 lately so i may get it eventually , but could use the manual. I ll inquire and post if i find it.

all other sites state: not for sale in NJ

I would try PK90 as stated.. if he can source the firearm for you it WILL be NJ legal..
