Ray Ray 3,566 Posted February 25, 2011 Next is ray buying an AK There's a few issues there. One is what's legal/illegal, the other is that I'd have to stock up on another caliber and magazines.
Caine 147 Posted February 25, 2011 Next is ray buying an AK It wouldn't surprise me - he really liked mine when he shot it the other day
Caine 147 Posted February 25, 2011 the other is that I'd have to stock up on another caliber. Just get a .223 like I did - problem solved.

Ray Ray 3,566 Posted February 26, 2011 Sorry Matt I figured if you can't beat'em, join'em! Shot about 50 rounds of bird, buck, and slugs today. 9 rounds of 12 gauge goodness is wonderful! It smoothed out the action a little bit, which is no where nears the smoothness of an 870 but not bad. Another box or 2 of bird loads and she'll be ready for NJ ZED training. Ray Ray 3,566 Posted March 13, 2011 Jeremy, what sling is that? I like it as it's not over done with 15 or 20 rounds. Looks like 5, which is enough to carry around but not too much to make it heavy.

Caine 147 Posted March 15, 2011 Yeah, but yours has shells in it. The one in the link doesn't. This one is similar to Jermz' sling, but holds some shotshells. Probably too many... but no one says you have to fill them up. http://www.blackhawk.com/product/Shotgun-Shell-Sling-2-PT,341,1342.htm
