papercutninja 24 Posted March 20, 2011 Glock 19 RTF2 Just picked this up yesterday, it was barely used and feels GREAT in my hands. Custom AR-15 (plus the timer showing how long it took me to go from stripped receiver to complete rifle) I have since swapped over to a standard KAC VFG, added a Magpul BAD lever and got some Midwest PX 15/30 PMAGs. Ray Ray 3,566 Posted March 20, 2011 Nice gear, what are you runnin?
papercutninja 24 Posted March 20, 2011 I'm sort of a gear collector, so i haven't run all of that stuff yet. The helmet is an ACH, with a replica Norotos mount, Oakley SI pilot gloves, and a "slick" plate carrier that i made with 500D Multicam cordura. There are SM SAPIs inside. Barely pictured is a AITES radio/hydro pack that is a GREAT range bag.

BullzeyeNJ 104 Posted May 5, 2011 Roger that. What new toys are you getting? I see that you sold the DTA SRS. No love for the bullpup? Well when my two new aquisitions arrive, we have GOT to get together!
Shane45 807 Posted May 5, 2011 Man when it comes to practicality the SRS cant be beat! But there were a few things about it I was having trouble with. One was launching my glasses down range if I didnt pull my head up off the stock a little bit when I cycled the bolt. The other was the trigger. I just couldnt warm up to the oddity of the trigger. Overall a good stick but... the barrel swap thing was good on paper but the conversions got so expensive it lost some of that cost effectiveness. So I went back to the trusty 308. If I want a boomer, I build another seperate rifle later. Inbound is a AIAW and an EMC
