Kimber, Lauren and I shot this last year. If you think you are good this is humbling. If you like to shoot alot you will have a ball. Round count is 150 without the side match. Figure you need twice that amount to be safe.

Shot this match 2 years ago. Great match. Bring at least double the total round count and at least 7 mags. Side matches are fun too. It is just like shooting a knockdown steel match that are held at OB and CJ.

Old Bridge has their Speed on Steel and Fields of Steel. 2 big matches that get tons of shooters every year. But yes, the PSA match generally gets more shooters attending.

If you plan on going, make sure you send in your application the day they come out. Any delay and you more than likely will not be able to shoot. This match fills up rather quickly.

I think I am going to attend, but I don't when. My employer is sponsoring some aspect of the match and we will be guaranteed some slots.

Interesting. Do they have targets available for purchase? I could use some more steel, especially a popper or two.

 

I'm planning on attending the practice shoot and probably the 28th as that's a thursday and hopefully will decrease crowd size.

Really really fun and challenging, even bigger than Speed on Steel at OB. Bring lots of ammo, and lots of mags, and something with wheels to carry it all
