chefhunter34 1 Posted August 1, 2011 The derringer is scratched and maybe 30+yrs old. My stepfather had these and he passed away Saturday and my mother needs them out the house. They live in Pa. not NJ thank God, easier to sell here.
hd2000fxdl 422 Posted August 1, 2011 Sorry to hear about your stepfather, my condolences to you and the family. As far as selling them in NJ, they would need to go through a FFL being unless you were names as the receiver she is the owner now. May be easier to sell them in PA if they are hers from how understand the laws. Harry
halbautomatisch 60 Posted August 2, 2011 If I recall correctly, all handgun sales in PA have to go through an FFL, no FTF in PA on handguns.
chefhunter34 1 Posted August 4, 2011 I am OK with selling them in Pa. or thru a FFL, I know many of you on here have a vast knowledge of pistols, so I was inquiring. I will be taking more detailed pictures this coming Saturday.
