tony357 386 Posted December 13, 2011 I was at bob's today to look at a 1962 cedar racing garvey he is going to refinish, he is going to have me freshen up the engine i do have a pic on my phone that i will upload later. The owner is not going to race it but wants to be able to go for cruises once in a while.

tony357 386 Posted June 29, 2013 The 283 is 060 over makes 292 motor. The 305 is 030 making 310 cubes but has the 3.5 inch stroke over the 3 inch stroke of the 283 so i am interested to see the difference in tourque curve in an actual race head to head.. I think the 305 will come off the corner alot harder and still pull all the way down the shoot. Expecting it to top out between 6700 and 7200 rpm..
