Longtime resident Lady Liberty, age 236 was struck by a stolen Chevy Volt last night along the interstate. The driver and passengers, illegally in the US from their native countries across the world, then dragged Ms. Liberty into the woods and brutally sodomized her before heading to the local polling place where they registered using the names of Supreme Court justices and voted without being challenged by UN poll watchers.
Authorities found them around the corner, each with a large supply of newly legalized recreational marijuana, getting high. They were taken into custody and released a short time later with a kiss on each cheek and a prepaid gift card for WaWa to handle the munchies.
Ms. Liberty is in extremely critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit, and doctors are very wary of her chances of recovery. A crowd of zombie-like citizens are already gathered at the Liberty residence, preparing to loot it of valuables when she succumbs to her injuries or the Death Panel declares her worthless and pulls the plug.
No disagreement there! I have my Florida CCW permit and have carried in Miami many times! The folks at the Department of Agriculture ( Hialeah office I think) were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. What a difference! I still remember the day I went in, the whole thing took maybe 30 minutes.
"I know.... Lived there over 60 years. Get out while you can."
God help me I'm trying!
For the last 30 years, every time a Democrat wins, I hear "No Republican will ever win again!" . . . Then when a Republican wins I hear, "No Democrat will ever win again!" Both have been proven wrong every time.
Unless something happens I think that pattern is about to be broken, N.J. demographics are a far cry from what they were in years past.
The state has gone brown and blue, in that order.
First the cities and now the dems are going in for the kill in the suburbs.
The whole "common usage" is a red herring. SD is another.
The 2nd is not about SD, its not about hunting, its not about common usage. It is to make sure the people have and retain the capability to throw off an oppressive government.
Thats why it says "right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
Not "the right to keep and bear man portable arms in common usage shall not be infringed."
Remember when the USC was ratified, the most powerful arms in existence were cannons, which were often owned by individuals or groups of individuals.
