President Biden walks into a local bank in Wilmington, Delaware to cash a check. He is surrounded by Secret Service agents. As he approaches the cashier he says, "Good morning, Ma'am, could you please cash this check for me?"


 Cashier: "It would be my pleasure sir. Could you please show me your ID?"


Biden: "Truthfully, I did not bring my ID with me as I didn't think there was any need to. I am President Joe Biden, the President of the United States of AMERICA !!!!"
 Cashier: "Yes sir, I know who you are, but with all the regulations and monitoring of the banks because of impostors, forgers, money laundering, and bad mortgage underwriting not to mention requirements of the Dodd/Frank legislation, etc., I must insist on seeing ID."


 Biden: “Just ask anyone here at the bank who I am, and they will tell you. Everybody knows who I am."


Cashier: "I am sorry Mr. President but these are the bank rules, and I must follow them."


Biden: "I am urging you, please, to cash this check. I need to buy a gift for Jill for Valentine’s Day."


Cashier: "Look Mr. President, here is an example of what we can do. One day, Tiger Woods came into one of our bank branches without ID. To prove he was Tiger Woods he pulled out his putter and made a beautiful shot across the bank into a coffee cup. With that shot we knew him to be Tiger Woods and cashed his check.”


“Another time, Roger Federer came into the same place without ID. He pulled out his tennis racquet and made a fabulous shot whereas the tennis ball landed in a coffee cup. With that shot we cashed his check.


So, Mr. President, what can you do to prove that it is you, and only you, as the President of the United States?"


Biden stands there thinking, and thinking, and finally says, "Honestly, I regret my mind is a total blank... there is nothing that comes to my mind. I can't think of a single thing. I have absolutely no idea what to do and I don’t have a clue.” 

 

Cashier: "Will that be large or small bills, Mr. President?

      Longtime resident Lady Liberty, age 236 was struck by a stolen Chevy Volt last night along the interstate. The driver and passengers, illegally in the US from their native countries across the world, then dragged Ms. Liberty into the woods and brutally sodomized her before heading to the local polling place where they registered using the names of Supreme Court justices and voted without being challenged by UN poll watchers.
       
      Authorities found them around the corner, each with a large supply of newly legalized recreational marijuana, getting high. They were taken into custody and released a short time later with a kiss on each cheek and a prepaid gift card for WaWa to handle the munchies.
       
      Ms. Liberty is in extremely critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit, and doctors are very wary of her chances of recovery. A crowd of zombie-like citizens are already gathered at the Liberty residence, preparing to loot it of valuables when she succumbs to her injuries or the Death Panel declares her worthless and pulls the plug.

      State roads are owned by the state.  County roads are owned by the county. Regarding roads and private property rights - there are 2 different types of people: invitees and licensee. A licensee is someone who has explicit permission. An invitee has implied permission. For example a Burger King - nobody has to tell you that you have permission to enter. It's implied permission and considered the default rule. The state attempted to change the default rule that says if there is not explicit permission that you're not allowed. Judge Bumb saw through that and struck it down as it would be a flat out ban on carry.  This applies to roads as well.

      Carrying in cars has nothing to do with public roads . A lot of car carrying restrictions also apply even if the car is on private property.

      Similar story, got it in 2006 for Howard, now i can't stand him. I no longer listen to traditional broadcast radio.  I find Sirius great for tons of music with no commercials,  comedy radio on road trips, and sports. I mostly listen to the ESPN college radio channel since I dumped pro sports.

      Oh ok. I thought the new law restricted PTC holders to carry in cars as the state argued that highways and roads are state property and the injunction overturned that portion of the law (well at least stopped it for now.)
