I have a 14ft boat, so I can take 2 other guys, I am from Bergen, and am hoping someone knows salem county because they seem to be alot on the creeks along the coast of the deleware bay...anyone?

Look on the NJ dep pages in the first link. down the bottom you have the likely places. However, the snow geese do appear tough to trick. Sounds weird onsidering how much I see without even trying.

So I I am thinking if we did group up somehow, each person could get a dozen decoys. That way as a group the spread would be pretty big.

Get your permits in order adn lets see what we can work out. All the listed areas are way south of me but I can make a few days of exceptions. I am ordering 12 decoys. Anyone want to get 12 more that seems like the beginings of a good spread.

What shot do you usually use for geese?

Has anybody taken any Canada geese this season? Do you know anybody that processes Canada geese or should I just check in with local butchers?

 

If I get one I plan on throwing it in the trunk and doing it myself at home. If I get like 7 I have no idea what I would do.

I have #2 shot Remington STS shells. I don't have any idea if it is best or not, I might try a little larger. The limit is 'T'
