Sadly as others have said, I don't think this is going anywhere, there's about 9 million people in this state 15,000 wont change anything in such an anti gun state, the only true hope we have of self protection in this state is if scotus rules that ccing is protected under the constitution but yet again there's no indication that's happening anytime soon, scotus tries its best to steer clear of 2nd amendment issues just as our government does

Show that blacks are provided unrestricted permits to carry handgun at a rate of almost zero compared to whites. Therefore "justifiable need" is discriminatory and does not provide "equal protection" to minorities.

 

Nobody in SCOTUS cares about the law or your rights. They don't rule on the law, they vote the same way legislators do. They are purely political creatures. Racial accommodation is the last bastion of actual justice to them.
