Anyone go to the Splitrock show today?

Just got back from Splitrock resort gun show. a lot of tables and many folks. I waited in line for about half hour. Nice setup. Almost anything you could want was there. I picked a small 9MM AR clone and 500 rounds for it with a couple extra mags. It's on tomorrow also. If interested see Eagle Arms website.

First gun show for me. I was there just before the door open. Waited only 15 minutes. It was a good experience. Prices were average. Didn't want to leave empty handed so picked up 2000 rounds of ammo, couple of magazines, a cheap holster and few plactic spy knives.

A lot of AK's and AR's . A lot of every thing. Worth the drive, an hour + for me. Will do it again. If your going for ammo, look around first before you buy, I bought 300 rounds of 9MM for 22.00 a hundred, because all that he had, and then bought another 200 rounds at 18.00 a hundered. Over all, not a bad show.

9mm for $22 per hundred? Thats not a bad deal, not great but decent 18 pur hundred is pretty good.

Didn't notice any NJ compliant AKs, but then I also didn't check every single one. Most dealers will put a sign on them if they are compliant for NJ or NY. You'll have to look around and see if there's one to be had.

 

Did see an DSA RPK for $2K that was very hard to resist, just couldn't drop the cash on it right now.
