Do any PDs during an application for change of address ever contact the new landlord?

How were you asked? Verbally? Did they give you a form? Either way, it goes beyond the scope and content of the application (STS-033), if ain't on there it ain't legal.

There should be no landlord contact info on any form.

 

What happens during a change of address is that the old PD sends your file to the new PD IE: permits, applications etc.

 

This I found out during a call to the State Police.
