Chuck 1 Posted June 17, 2012 Can anyone shed some light ob this for me. I assume would need to go to PA FFL to complete sale. Could it be that simple?

RecessedFilter 222 Posted June 17, 2012 I was pretty sure a NJ resident could sell a PA resident a pistol through a PA FFL but I could be wrong.
Pizza Bob 1,488 Posted June 17, 2012 As shown above, it is that simple. If you actually live within driving distance of each other - the NJ resident could meet the PA resident at a PA FFL and do the transfer.

I wanted to make sure I wasn't going crazy.

njJoniGuy 2,129 Posted June 17, 2012 It's the same for a PA resident selling to a NJ resident. Meet at a NJ FFL, use a valid PPP, and carry it home. Been there, done that (at a boat dealer FFL in Flemington with the seller coming down from Stroudsburg a couple of years ago.)
sideswipe 1 Posted June 17, 2012 So could this be done with any state? If I fly to a course in NV with my handguns and decide to sell one of them can I just meet at a NV FFL and do the transfer their?
