Static Steel @ Old Bridge 08/05/12

I will be their no race this weekend,, may bring my daughter she can run the smith 2213 or 22a if my permit is ready. will be her 1st time..

installed a new extractor in the kimber would be a good place to test it out before running uspsa this fall..

I'll be shooting Rimfire Iron & Revolver Iron.

 

Want to get some trigger time with my S&W 625 .45acp Revolver. I know it's not economical or a speed demon, but want to play around with it.

Average 744 FPS out of six shots

 

230gr missouri cast bullet

1.23" OAL

3.5gr Clays

 

pew pew pew

 

That's a good load for USPSA when you have to make major, 171 PF is a safe number if there is a Crono at the match.

 

 

For steel, that is if your plan on shooting steel more than just this one time, I'd get the PF down closer to 130. Haven't loaded any .45 yet, but 130 PF would be close to 566FPS, I think you could run and catch the suckers and guide them back on track if you were off on your aiming. LOL

yeh i know i can tone it down, but want to get a feel for this rounds as well.
