Anyone have issues with Plumstead FOID/PPP?

I moved to New Egypt back in April and on April 30 I went to the Plumstead municipal building to apply for an address change on my FOID and 3 PPP's. Fast forward to today, August 8th and I still do not have them. I've called several times (always goes to voicemail in that department), left a message, and have yet to hear anything back. I have a clean record and my references told me they sent their letters back over a month ago at this point. I'm generally a patient guy but this is really starting to tick me off. If I want to go show up in person and find out what's going on that means I've got to take time off work.

I live in Plumated Twp and have no issues. Sometimes the woman might be out, so you need to call the PD to verify if she is in.

 

She not that bad and has taken care of my wife and I plenty of times. Lately thing were busy with the OIC getting promoted to Chief so.....

Yeah X128 is what I keep calling. Figured calling the PD they'd just tell me to call her.

When Cindy is out, either Danielle or Sandy handles the pp. That will slow the process some because they have primary jobs at the municapality and only do the pp work part time.
