Sad to see stuff like this go down, but just like Camden.. these places are practically war zones. What the hell do you do with places like this? Obviously throwing money at it is not going to help.. There is at least one if not two generational disconnects between what people in these places are born into, and what "civilized" society are experienced in living in.

sad , very sad. Nobody knows the solution for this kind of despair. the only thing I do know there is no quick fix for it.
