i would like to know if anyone here is using either the troy claymore or medieval muzzle brakes?How do you like them?I am thinking of using one of these to make a 14.5" barrel legal.

IANAL No, its not illegal unless you put it on a lower before perm attaching a brake/comp, its just a 14.5" tube untill you put it on a lower.

Just didn't know if I can be hit with an "intent to build" or something.

 

To the op, I haven't used either but I like the medieval more. I do however love my miculek comp. Hardly any muzzle flip at all but the guys on your sides can feel the gas from 10-15 ft away.
