Tactical Turtle 11 Posted October 30, 2012 Anyone ever deal with them. The switch on my tlr1 wont spring back anymore. Noticed as i went to take it off my shotgun and use it as a handheld. Had to pry up and push in order to get it unstuck. Guessing the spring broke and is wedged. Anyone have any experience with streamlight customer service?? jruch87 6 Posted October 30, 2012 had some issues with my strion, comes with a one year warranty. Called to ask about having it repaired after I had it for almost 2 years they said send it in. Came back with a new tail cap switch, battery and led module replaced pretty much everything but the body for free. Great customer service and pretty fast too.
