If the judge was walking down the isle looking for a compensater for his rifle, he may pick up the MOD 0 compensater because it is labeled and advertised as a compensater not a flash suppression. I bet there are several patents out for this MOD 0 indicated as a compensater and not a suppressor. I think you can look up the patents if they are available online.
