Health Insurance for Self Employed

I'm about to quit my corp job. I need to get health insurance for my wife, 8 month old daughter and myself. What is a good plan to get in NJ and how much am I looking to pay a month?

From what I understand, you can get better rates if you have a personal business, which it sounds like you do. I've seen indivual policies from from $350 to $1200 and over per month. It depends on what you want, your health, etc.

You can only get a Business type policy if you have more than 1 employee.

 

A small group is considered 2 or more employees.... except in ny... but NY policies are 3x the cost of NJ, which is already 2x the cost of anywhere else.
